Positive: Home was in a great location.
Negative: When an issue with the AC was reported at midnight on the first night, the host did not send a technician until Saturday night after I reiterated there was a problem. Understand issues can happen, but host did say they were sending someone in the morning and did not

The host was always available to answer questions and help. When I requested a crib, Mariam arranged it without hesitation or additional cost
